Dr. Lik grew up in Hong Kong where Eastern and Western medicine mingle for different aspects in health. Having been immersed in both all his life, he always felt there was a link missing between the two—Eastern medicine offers gradual results with minimal side effects, while Western medicine provides rapid results but can have severe side effects. He discovered that chiropractic care bridges this gap by offering immediate results with minimal side effects. This realization led him to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where he graduated in 2018.

Dr. Lik understands that movement is essential to life, and that discomfort or tightness from daily activities can limit your ability to move properly. He believes that chiropractic care focuses on restoring optimal movement for overall well-being. To achieve this, he utilizes a patented movement-based diagnostic system to pinpoint not just the source of pain, but also the interwoven causes across the neuromuscular-skeletal system.

Dr. Lik believes that moving better and moving more can greatly benefit your health. His treatment approach is tailored to each individual, with adjustments made based on your specific needs and progress. This personalized care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises designed to retrain your brain and muscles for optimal movement, ultimately improving your quality of life.

Dr. Lik is also RockTape certified and a Functional Movement Systems Practitioner.

In his free time, Dr. Lik enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and indulging in desserts.
